The Service Coordinator will manage day‑to‑day customer shipments by working within various customer portals. Each client—GM, Ford, Stellantis, Tesla, and others—has unique systems and requirements that the coordinator will learn. This role involves reviewing electronic orders and overnight updates, communicating changes internally, and supporting new product launches by managing quotes, lead times, and capacities within the portals.
This is not a high‑volume call role; it requires strong attention to detail, professional communication, and comfort learning new systems. The position includes every‑other‑weekend support, which can be completed from home after training.
