Job Description
We are looking for a Service Coordinator to support the three heads of departments of the Faculty of Biological and Environmental Sciences on the Viikki Campus as of or by agreement.
As a Service Coordinator, you will work in the General Administration Services team on the Viikki Campus to support the heads of the departments of the Faculty of Biological and Environmental Sciences (Department of Organism and Evolutionary Biology, Department of Molecular and Integrative Biosciences and Department of Environmental Sciences) ensuring the smooth running of the daily operations. Your duties will include wide range of service tasks, such as:
- Tasks related to the coordination of department workspaces (personnel office / desk assignments and other spaces)
- Supporting the onboarding and induction of new employees
