This role serves as the primary point of contact for technicians and customers, ensuring service calls are scheduled, tracked, and completed efficiently. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where multitasking and communication are essential. This position is 100% on site. Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming phone calls from customers and field technicians.
  • Create and manage service calls within the company system.
  • Schedule and dispatch technicians for service and maintenance appointments.
  • Monitor active service calls to ensure timely completion.
