Service Coordinator for DCT

Overview

The Service Coordinator is responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating all service activities related to refrigeration systems, HVAC equipment, and PLC-controlled infrastructure within data centers. This role ensures timely execution of preventive and corrective maintenance, optimal resource allocation, and seamless communication between customers, field technicians, vendors, and internal teams. This position supports mission-critical data center environments where uptime and reliability are essential. The Service Coordinator must be able to respond to urgent situations and work with cross-functional teams to ensure operational continuity.
