Responsibilities:
Invoice service jobs and track job-related expenses. Monitor expiring contracts and assist in AMC renewals. Manage labor hour entries and submit monthly OT reports. Maintain AMC documentation and service job files. Handle petty cash, supplier LPOs, and inventory clearance. Coordinate warranty claims and procurement of consumables. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field. 1–3 years of relevant experience. Excellent in English is a must. Familiarity with HVAC, EMS, or temperature control systems is a plus. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
