Coordination of inspections, repairs, and renovations while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in schedules of field staff will be the main focus.Processing and tracking work orders and associated invoicesProcessing and tracking local purchases, and ensuring associated documentation are forwarded to the appropriate personnelResponsible for keeping branch records for expenses and updating them accordinglyReview all employee information for personnel and ensure accurate and timely reports are forwarded to Head OfficeStrive to maintain the highest level of customer satisfactionProcess all documents with accuracy and efficiency Qualifications
