Job Description

As a Service Coordinator Admin at Advance Pest Management (PG BW) Sdn Bhd, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of our pest control services in the Perai, Penang region. This full-time position will see you working closely with our field technicians and customers to ensure efficient service delivery and a positive customer experience.

What you'll be doing

  • Coordinating the scheduling and dispatch of pest control technicians to customer locations
  • Responding to customer inquiries and requests, and providing excellent customer service
  • Maintaining detailed records of service calls, treatments and customer information
  • Assisting with the preparation of invoices and other administrative tasks
  • Supporting the wider administrative functions of the business as required
