Role: Service Cloud PMO Senior practitioner
Location: Bay Area ( working days a week in Foster City, CA)

  • Develop and maintain Client Service Cloud solutions to streamline customer service workflows, automation, and case management in support of front office transformation.
  • Apply PMO best practices to manage project timelines, resource allocation, and reporting, ensuring successful Operations.
  • Support troubleshooting of integration issues using MuleSoft to improve data flow and operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to trouble shoot issues and validate requirements into technical solutions .
  • Provide technical guidance, resolve complex issues, and champion adoption of Service Cloud capabilities aligned to project objectives.
  • Work with India team daily status updates and handoffs
