Service Centre Specialist is a front‑line role and the first point of contact for individuals accessing COSTI’s Employment Services. The position welcomes walk‑in clients, conducts intake and assessment, provides employment counselling and job readiness support, and helps clients move toward meaningful employment. The role operates in a structured, performance‑based environment and also serves as a service navigator, connecting clients to internal programs and community resources.
