Service Centre Manager

MacDonald Search Group is pleased to partner the world's largest company in its niche service/retail sector in their search for a Retail/Service Manager to take responsibility for one of their busiest locations in the GTA. The Manager will lead and manage operations by delivering world class service and achieving financial objectives through employee engagement and high operational standards. You will plan and execute day-to-day activities. You will achieve a productive and profitable operation, while helping to promote a corporate image of excellence by pushing for results, building a strong team and delivering excellent customer service.
