Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer expectations and consistently deliver outstanding service

  • Oversee daily activities to meet business objectives and ensure timely service delivery

  • Manage service job costs, including labor and resource allocation

  • Monitor and manage work in progress to ensure project milestones are met

  • Prepare and submit reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

  • Adhere to OHS, Quality, and Environmental policies, both for Epiroc and our customers

  • Complete KPI-related tasks and provide regular reporting on performance

  • Perform other administrative duties as required
  • Key Requirements:

  • Mechanical trade qualifications or equivalent

  • Proven leadership and people management skills
