The Service BDC Coordinator is a specialized, highly trained & skilled member of the Service Client Care Center.



Responsibilities:

Confirm service reservations, perform follow-up and survey calls.

Perform calls, send text messages and emails on overdue service visits, recalls, campaigns, Special Order Parts; and any additional tasks requested by management.

Master and follow all training materials including service call guides and Strategic Responses (word tracks) in order to accurately answer all guest's questions.

Keep current with service specials, all direct mail pieces, and recall notices from the manufacturer.
