Service Assistant

Summary

As a Service Assistant, you will work in the mansion house. Cragside welcomes over 250,000 visitors annually, and you will play a key part in welcoming guests on reception and helping to answer queries around the house. You will deliver high-quality customer service to all our visitors, and bring the unique stories of Cragside to life.

Salary: £12.75 per hour

Contract Duration: Fixed term contract until 31st March 2027

Working Hours: The hours advertised for this role is reflective of 12 months, however the actual hours you’ll be required to work for this role will be 400 hours which equates to 4 working days . The amount of hours you work each month may vary, however your salary will be paid in equal instalments over the term of your contract. Hours of work are between 11.00-17.00. Working days may be flexible, but will require one regular weekend day.
