The role

We are looking for a Service Architect to support our clients to deploy customer service automation solutions. The role combines service design, consultation, and hands-on solution configuration, using packaged automation platforms that are configured to meet each client's needs.

You work closely with clients to understand their services and support them in bringing automation into everyday use. From early discovery and service design to onboarding, training, and long-term roadmap, you act as a trusted partner throughout the full lifecycle of their solutions.

This is a non-technical role focused on consultation, service design, solution onboarding, and continuous support.
