Job Description

Service Appointment Coordinator acts as the primary contact for scheduling client services, managing daily schedules, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule, book, and confirm service appointments by phone, email, and text, ensuring efficient workflow.
  • Act as the first point of contact, providing friendly and professional communication to clients.
  • Retrieve vehicle history, prepare service orders, and maintain accurate appointment records.
  • Work closely with service advisors and technicians to manage daily workloads and optimize scheduling.

Required Qualifications

  • Previous customer service and/or administrative experience, ideally within an automotive or technical service environment.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and quick learning of scheduling software.
