Our client, a proud supplier ad installer of energy efficient home products, is seeking a Service and Warranty Administrator to join their team based in Dingley Village.
Duties within the role are outlined below:
- taking inbound calls as well as making outbound calls when required
- Scheduling of internal trades as well as liaising with external trades, builders and home owners
- Recording accurate data in SAP
- Responding to all customer enquires
To be successful for the role we are seeking those with the following attributes:
- Knowledge ofc Microsoft suites including Outlook
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- An Australian drivers licence is mandatory
- SAP experience highly regarded
- Scheduling experience highly regarded
