Our client, a proud supplier ad installer of energy efficient home products, is seeking a Service and Warranty Administrator to join their team based in Dingley Village. 

Duties within the role are outlined below:

  • taking inbound calls as well as making outbound calls when required
  • Scheduling of internal trades as well as liaising with external trades, builders and home owners
  • Recording accurate data in SAP 
  • Responding to all customer enquires

To be successful for the role we are seeking those with the following attributes:

  • Knowledge ofc Microsoft suites including Outlook
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • An Australian drivers licence is mandatory
  • SAP experience highly regarded
  • Scheduling experience highly regarded
