Job Description

What You'll Do:

  • Service Coordination and Documentation Management: Handle and keep detailed records of service requests, quotations, purchase orders, and related documentation. Ensure all service cases in Salesforce are updated promptly, including case assignments, closure notes, and records of blocking issues. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors regarding orders, deliveries, and logistics documentation. Support preparation, distribution, and control of services and operational correspondence, ensuring files are accessible and accurate both digitally and physically.

  • Inventory, Procurement, and Asset Management: Supervise and control service inventory, tools, and materials to maintain adequate stock levels and ensure replenishment as needed.
