We are seeking a detail-oriented
Service Analyst
to support and scale data-driven services in a high-growth fintech hospitality environment. This role focuses on service operations, data validation, SOP ownership, and close collaboration with engineering teams to transition manual services into automated, enterprise-grade workflows.
Requirements
Core Responsibilities
- Pilot and operate new data services—performing data acquisition, reconciliation, validation, and discrepancy analysis across hospitality systems
- Document and refine end-to-end SOPs that prescribe corrective actions and define best practices for ongoing service delivery
- Train, guide, and support junior operations resources in executing proven SOPs for manual service delivery until automation is deployed
