Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Service Analyst to support and scale data-driven services in a high-growth fintech hospitality environment. This role focuses on service operations, data validation, SOP ownership, and close collaboration with engineering teams to transition manual services into automated, enterprise-grade workflows.
Requirements
Core Responsibilities
Pilot and operate new data services—performing data acquisition, reconciliation, validation, and discrepancy analysis across hospitality systems
Document and refine end-to-end SOPs that prescribe corrective actions and define best practices for ongoing service delivery
Train, guide, and support junior operations resources in executing proven SOPs for manual service delivery until automation is deployed
Collaborate with automation and engineering teams to test automated workflows and verify outputs against manual benchmarks
