FRONT OF THE HOUSE
- Welcome and assist customers in a warm and professional manner.
- Take and confirm orders for both bakery items and ramen dishes.
- Serve food and drinks promptly and correctly.
- Handle payments, issue receipts, and manage cash accurately.
- Suggest or upsell bakery specials, drinks, or ramen add-ons.
- Maintain clean and organized counters, dining areas, and displays.
- Ensure bakery products are well-presented and ramen is served properly.
- Refill condiments, utensils, and supplies as needed.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints politely.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff (bakers and ramen chefs) for smooth service.
- Follow hygiene, food safety, and company service standards.
- Assist with daily opening and closing tasks.
