We are hiring for a Service Agent, also known as a Technical Service Representative. No experience is necessary as we will provide all required training. You’ll create memorable customer interactions, handle delivery and installation tasks at customer locations, and maintain our equipment efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver outstanding experiences at the service desk
• Provide installation services for customers' tech equipment
• Ensure upkeep of vehicles and service equipment
• Cultivate a supportive and inclusive team atmosphere
Requirements:
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Capability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Valid driver's licence with clean driving record
• Successful criminal background check
• Passionate about assisting customers
