Full-Time | Customer-Focused | Fast-Paced, High-Volume Service Department

Stratford Subaru is a growing dealership known for consistent service standards and a strong customer reputation.

We are seeking a Service Advisor to join our service team. This role is responsible for managing the customer experience in the service department, from intake through completion, while working closely with Technicians to ensure service is delivered accurately, efficiently, and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and manage service appointments from intake through completion
  • Accurately document customer concerns and service requirements
  • Communicate clearly with Technicians and keep customers informed on progress and timelines
  • Review completed work with customers and address questions or follow-up needs
  • Ensure a clean, organized, and well-managed service lane
