Service Advisor
Responsibilities
- You will handle the opening of quotes and work orders.
- You will ensure the reception of work orders from mechanics and analyze them.
- You will be responsible for invoicing and following up with clients.
- You will answer phone calls and respond to client inquiries.
- You will ensure client satisfaction regarding the work performed.
- You will act as a substitute or assistant to the service manager.
Qualifications
- 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar position.
- Experience in a mechanical workshop environment.
- Comfortable with computers and the Office Suite.
- Organized and versatile.
