The Role


Edmonton Kenworth Ltd. is looking for a Service Advisor for our Lloydminster Branch, who is responsible for initiating truck services and repairs by ascertaining performance problems and services requested; verifying warranty and service contract coverage; developing estimates; writing repair orders; maintaining customer rapport and records.


Responsibilities


Discuss repair requirements, open repair orders and ensure all paperwork is completed promptly and correctly


Responsible for adhering to well established operating procedures


Discuss repair requirements and answer inquiries from our customers


Collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders towards providing first class service


Requirements


The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of
