Service Advisor - Letchworth

Basic Salary £32,000. OTE £40,000. Great benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers.
• Explain to customers the work due to be carried out on their vehicle.
• Accurately complete courtesy car insurance paperwork.
• Call customers with progress updates and advise of any work needed.
• Liaise with the Workshop, Parts Department, Valeting Team and Drivers.
• Invoice work carried out.
• Explain invoices and take payment.
• Quote, introduce and sell service plans.
• Ensure all warranty paperwork is correctly completed.
• Deliver the highest level of customer service at all times.

Experience, Skills & Qualifications

Essential requirements:

• 12 months Motor Trade Service Advisor experience.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
