About the Role: Service Advisor
In this role, you’ll answer phone calls, emails, and in‑person inquiries, addressing customer concerns with utmost attention. You’ll be responsible for returning missed calls and emails promptly—ideally within 5 minutes—and determining if technical issues can be resolved over the phone or need escalation.
You’ll also accurately record issues and data into the Dealer Management System, conduct transactions, and guide customers through corrections. Coordinating vehicle details before delivery and communicating estimated completion times will be part of your routine.
