As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing a friendly and professional experience from start to finish. You’ll play a key role in ensuring a smooth, efficient, and enjoyable customer journey, supporting the Service Manager and working closely with our aftersales team.
What You’ll Be Doing:
🚗 Customer Care – Creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring every customer has a positive experience
📞 Customer Communication – Keeping customers updated on their vehicle’s status and explaining technical details in a clear, friendly way
