This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused and organised individual with strong communication skills and previous automotive dealership experience.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with service bookings, vehicle updates, quotations, and ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience throughout the service process.
Requirements
• Previous experience as a Service Advisor within a motor dealership • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Strong administrative and organisational abilities • Computer literate • Valid driver’s license • Traceable references • Clear criminal record and ITC
