You'll be crucial in liaising with Service Coordinators, Diagnostics Leads, and technicians to optimise workforce allocation and deliver top-notch customer service outcomes. You will work closely with an experienced Service Manager who has a long tenure with the business and prides themselves on running a collaborative and connected team.
