Service Administrator Opportunity Summary:
As a Service Administrator, you are responsible for supporting all administrative needs of the service department in concert with the shop personnel to ensure all work scheduled is performed to the customer's satisfaction.
Job Duties:
- Answers and screens all incoming calls and directs them to the appropriate person, taking accurate messages when necessary.
- Composes routine correspondence and makes copies of correspondence or other printed materials.
- Organizes and maintains file system and files correspondence and other records.
- Arranges and coordinates travel schedules and reservations, when necessary.
- Initiates work orders in the computer by gathering important details regarding the customer and the equipment being serviced, including warranty and/or billing information, ...
