The role:
In this customer focused role as a Service Administrator in our Pest Elimination Australia Customer Care team, you will be responsible for managing customer requirements as well as maintaining customer data, running reports and looking after the customer portals. You will work independently as part of a supportive team, whilst also being part of the wider Pest Control business. Once trained and depending on business requirements the role allows a hybrid work from home - WFH and office arrangement.
Reporting directly to the Customer Experience Team Leader, you will be part of a hardworking, supportive team who take pride in delivering excellent service to customers.
