Key Responsibilities:
• Dispatch service calls to technicians promptly
• Issue purchase orders and data entry in the system
• Order parts and ensure timely delivery
• Compose accurate quotes for repairs
• Process billings and review invoices with management
Requirements:
• Proficient in computer systems and software
• Post-secondary diploma in administration required
• Prior administration and dispatch experience preferred
