About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and tech-savvy Service Administrator to support daily service operations across multiple systems. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, confident working with digital platforms, and strong in documentation and reporting.

You will be responsible for managing service tickets, maintaining accurate records, supporting invoicing, and ensuring smooth workflow processes across the business.
