Region MED > SBU MED Service > Service Administrative Support (SAS)

The Service Administrative Support team (SAS) is part of the Service Delivery Center and is responsible for supporting the commercial administrative process in the MED region. 

Responsibilities

  • Interface with Service Sales Teams in the MED region

  • Ensure an efficient flow of information

  • Support the commercial cycle through the SAP system

  • Recovery Management

  • Prepare business reports based on the Service performance

  • Enhance the data quality of the commercial system 
  • Qualifications

  • Administrative or finance background, a degree is a plus

  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken)

  • Skilled IT user, including Microsoft Office

  • Intermediate Excel user
