Job Description

Job Summary:

  • Document incoming service requests
  • Coordinate with Service Manager to schedule Technicians
  • Upload data to electronic files and ensure hard copy records are also accurately maintained
  • Ensure all pertinent information is secured before billing and closing jobs (POs, etc.)
  • Customer invoicing
  • Process credit card payments
  • Collections for Service Department – make calls to customers and update spreadsheet notes
  • Repeat service call tracking
  • Update reports and records as needed and other day-to-day administrative duties associated with the role
