What you will do

As a Service Account Representative Intern, you will:

  • Create and manage quotes, orders, purchase orders, and repair contracts.

  • Support the Account Manager in monitoring accounts and customer requirements.

  • Attend to operational requests from customers, especially related to spare parts and services.

  • Coordinate with logistics, purchasing, and technical service to ensure fulfillment of deliveries and repairs.

  • Prepare and organize documentation for external audits and customer visits.

    Bachelor Studies in progress: Business Administration, International Business, Industrial Engineering or related fields.


    Desirable skills/knowledge:

  • Microsoft Office (Intermediate)

  • Power BI and SAP desirable
