Server/Bartender

Job Descriptions:

• Opening and closing of the poolbar
• Welcoming customers, reading and listening to guests to determine beverage preferences, making recommendations, and taking drink orders.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks consistently with company's beverage standard.
• Assist manager in the efficient running of the day to day poolbar operations including set up, ordering, preparation and inventory management
• Set up and tidy up the bar, cleaning glass, utensils, bar equipment or counter tops and ensure the cleanliness & tidiness of the swimming and bar area
• Perform cashier related functions
• Restock liquor, beer, wine and glassware when necessary throughout the shift
• Properly label, date, cover and refrigerate prepped items for the bar
• Maintain current knowledge of company products, services and pricing
