ROLE SUMMARY

The Server is a key role in the success of the restaurant. They are responsible for providing exceptional, knowledgeable, efficient service to guests, making their dining experience memorable and personal. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a high-volume, fine dining environment. We ask for a willingness to receive and offer direction, be solutions oriented, and encourage a hospitality driven environment. Open availability is preferred. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Guide guests through all phases of their experience at the restaurant.

Clearly and proficiently inform customers of Chef’s specials, menu changes and additions, and answer any questions.

Take food and beverage orders, suggestively selling specific menu items.

Oversee table maintenance and coordinate table service with fellow team members.

Work alongside bussers to clear and reset tables and maintain service stations stocked with silverware, glassware...
