Banquet Servers prepare the tables and banquet area before guests arrive, effectively serving a number of different dishes and courses to guests during a meal, and clearing the tables and banquet area after the guests depart. Guests must be efficiently and pleasantly served during the course of an event.

· Service of all food and beverage to the guest, in the required service style, i.e. French, Russian, Buffet or plated.

· Ensure that all tables are cleaned after service and that all dirty crockery, linen and glassware are removed to the correct station.

· Answer any guest questions or direct them to someone that can assist them. Ensure complete guest satisfaction.

· Should always conduct him/himself with a pleasant and helpful attitude towards guest, co-workers and managers.
