The Server with L2 Grill is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences during both morning and evening service periods. Through attentive, knowledgeable, and personalized service, this role supports the mission, vision, and values of Fantasyland Hotel while contributing to overall restaurant revenue and guest satisfaction.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greeting guests in a warm, professional, and timely manner.
• Present menus, describe features and daily specials, and provide knowledgeable recommendations.
• Accurately take food and beverage orders and ensure proper pacing of courses.
