Job Summary

You will be part of the opening team for Live Nation’s newest Canadian venue, History, a state‑of‑the‑art venue with a capacity of up to 2,500 seats and a goal of hosting over 200 concerts and events annually. Your role will involve providing an exclusive premium service experience to VIP area members during events, delivering exemplary guest service, and supporting the venue’s reputation as a Toronto staple.

Responsibilities

  • Serve food and beverages to guests in VIP areas, ensuring an exemplary guest experience.
  • Demonstrate complete understanding of food and beverage offerings and make appropriate recommendations.
  • Utilize point‑of‑sale systems to process orders and upsell in real time.
  • Communicate with service staff, kitchen staff, and bartenders to coordinate station operations and maintain guest satisfaction.
