Job Description

Connection has a fantastic opportunity through our Technical Staffing division for a Server Hardware Technician in Charlotte, NC. This is a full-time remote position(1 day a week in office) with benefits.

Provide enterprise level support of IT infrastructure technologies needed for critical business’ operations applications, server hardware support of HP and Dell, Windows troubleshooting, Server backup support. Server decommissioning with some Linux support is a plus.



  • Building, provisioning, and maintaining servers and workstations - requiring skills in hardware assembly, operating system configuration, and troubleshooting with a focus on ensuring efficient and secure IT infrastructure. Windows OS
