Reporting to the Outlet Supervisor, responsibilities and essential functions include, but are not limited to:

  • Assist guests with menu items in an informative and helpful way
  • Take table orders for all food and beverage from the guests.
  • Serve guests in a professional and positive manner
  • Work behind the bar as a bar server on occasions
  • Ensuring the smooth running of each table
  • Clear and set out tables ready for next guests
  • Consistently offer a professional, friendly greeting and engaging service
  • Exhibit sincere hospitality. Go above and beyond for the guest. Be obsessed with guest satisfaction.
  • Understand shift end reports in the outlet and the Point of Sale System
  • Understand all reservations systems and iPad systems for seating charts
  • Have knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods
