This role is about handling complex IT projects and solving difficult technical problems. The role involves independently completing major and complex projects while coordinating with technical teams, non-technical stakeholders, and vendors to deliver effective solutions. It includes analyzing, diagnosing, and resolving advanced issues across physical and virtual infrastructure, as well as recommending, implementing, and documenting corrective and preventative measures.
