Server Engineer

We are looking for a Senior System Administrator / Infrastructure Engineer to monitor, maintain, and manage servers and infrastructure services in a Windows-based environment. This role is responsible for ensuring system availability, capacity, security compliance, and providing L2/L3 support for infrastructure-related incidents and service requests.

Anti-virus systems
Databases
Active Directory
Exchange / Mail Services
File Services
Terminal Services
IT Scanning
Web Servers
Ensure server designs meet availability and capacity requirements in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Participate in the design, implementation, enhancement, and configuration of servers and infrastructure services.
Monitor server and infrastructure event logs and take remedial actions when required.
