Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor, maintain, and manage Windows servers and infrastructure services
  • Support Active Directory, Exchange / Office 365, file and print services, RDS, antivirus, databases, and web servers
  • Ensure server availability, capacity planning, and SLA compliance
  • Participate in design, implementation, and optimization of infrastructure
  • Monitor system health, event logs, and perform proactive remediation
  • Manage backup and restore operations and verify backup integrity
  • Handle batch job scheduling, print queue management, and housekeeping routines
  • Prepare capacity and availability reports
  • Create and maintain SOP, RCA, and knowledge base documentation
  • Ensure compliance with Group IT security standards
  • Provide L2/L3 support and root cause analysis for infrastructure incidents
