Job Title: Server

Reports to: Front of House Managers and General Manager

Job Description:

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking servers for our restaurant, Doc Crow’s Southern Smokehouse and Raw Bar. The primary role of the server is to ensure each guest has an excellent dining experience. The server must be attentive to the needs of our guests while making them feel welcome, comfortable, important, and relaxed. The pay range above lists a base pay plus tips average.

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Demonstrate genuine hospitality during every interaction with our guests; including greeting guests, taking food and beverage orders, answering questions, thanking guests, and inviting them to return upon their departure.
