DUTIES

& RESPONSIBILITIES



  1. Serves food and beverages. 

  2. Acts as Bartender and Hostess. 

  3. Performs light housekeeping duties. 

  4. Provides clearing and busing of tables. 

  5. Operates a point of sale terminal.

Manager of Operations, Faculty of Adventure Studies, Culinary Arts and Tourism Management
