Position target:

Support
of DSV Infrastructure and business core applications.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Support
    on Microsoft services such as: AD, DNS, DHCP, IIS, Active Directory, IIS, SQL,
    Powershell VBS.
  • 2nd
    and 3rd line operation and support for backend of the applications and
    support of hosted by team additional core business applications (AV, CyberArk
    goodsync, PAM, SMS Passcode) also project management and applications
    automation.
  • Create
    and update documentation; actively build team’s knowledge base.
  • Maintenance
    and administration of supported systems.
  • Support
    Transition, Continuous Improvement and Technology teams on identifying business
    requirements for new solutions and systems
  • Troubleshooting
    across the entire stack: infrastructure, middleware, application, data
    flow, connectivity
