Responsibilities
- 24/7 ticket management for Level 1 (gather information to detect the problem) and Level 2 (detecting and resolving the issue).
- Server monitoring and administration.
- Live chat and ticketing support.
- Client handling.
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Education: BE/BTech, BSc, BCS, MSc, MCS (Not mandatory).
- RHCE certification (Not mandatory).
- Proficiency in Linux Administration.
- Knowledge of Web server, Mail server, DNS, FTP, SSH, cPanel/WHM, virtualization, Docker, Windows, firewalls, MySQL, PHP, HTML, CSS, and JS.
- Experience with IMAP/POP/SMTP and mail flow processes.
- Experience with common CMS such as WordPress, Joomla, and Magento.
